The project will be developed in two phases, starting with the south and east-facing townhomes in Phase 1 and then completing the interior townhomes in the interior and northern amenity space. The phasing has been mindfully designed to accommodate the gradual growth of White City and is based on a strategic construction workflow. The first phase of development is expected to occur in Winter 2025/2026 and is expected to be completed in 2027. Phase 2 will begin as Phase 1 comes to completion and is expected to be completed in 2029.

The current plan is designed with a total of 200 townhomes. The first 100 townhomes will be in Phase 1, and another 100 townhomes within Phase 2. A variety of interior layouts will be available in our enclosed community, inclusive of one, two and three-bedroom townhouses as well as some with one and two-car garages. By providing a variety of layouts, we will have homes that suit the needs of people at different life stages, while ensuring White City continues to grow as a balanced, inclusive community.

No. A small portion of these homes may be supported through federal programs and designated “affordable”. In this context, affordable simply means that the rental rate is set at a level that is supportive of individuals and families in White City to manage their household budget responsibly.
For example, this could include a young adult who works in and contributes to White City, is ready to move out of their parents’ home, and wants to remain close to family and community. It could also benefit parents who wish to support their children nearby, or families whose housing needs are not met by a traditional single-family home.

Yes. Royal Park has worked closely with Council to design shared amenities that are mindful of the needs of the community and will be available to all White City residents. These spaces will be fully maintained by our team, designed to promote wellness and connection for everyone.

Our development exceeds White City’s parking requirements, offering an average of 2.01stalls per unit, including private garages for many of the townhomes. Outdoor stalls will be assigned, with additional visitor parking managed by smart software to prevent congestion and ensure regulations.
In regard to traffic, this development is located on the western boundary of White City, near the arterial roads on to reduce impact on central neighbourhoods. A professional Traffic Impact Assessment confirmed the surrounding roadways can safely handle the increase. Royal Park and its investors are also contributing to paving Betteridge Road, which will improve commutes for all White City residents.

This development will be professionally managed with full-time on-site management, 24/7 emergency response, and security features such as well-lit walkways, video surveillance, and frequent exterior and interior property inspections. All residents go through in-depth screening, including income verification, background checks, and multiple reference checks, to ensure responsible tenancies.
